What is the Import feature?
The Import feature accomplishes one essential task—it adds your article URLs to our system so you can work with them further, generate and schedule updates. The main advantage is that you can add URLs in bulk (dozens or hundreds at once) instead of manually adding each one. The feature can also read URLs from sitemaps.
After importing, you will have all your page URLs in your Content plan page. With your content centralized, you can create a content update schedule for the next three, five months, or more, ensuring your articles stay current, optimized, and effective without manual effort.
How it works
There are two ways you can import your blog post URLs to Hipa.ai:
Paste article URLs: You can prepare all your article URLs and paste them as a list on the Import page. Each URL should be on a separate line.
Use your sitemap URL: Hipa.ai can import all your blog post URLs directly from your sitemap. In this case, you simply insert a link to your sitemap in the text area on the Import page, and our system will retrieve all URLs automatically.
The second option is more advanced and saves additional time. Currently, we support standard sitemaps in .xml, .txt, and .json formats. If your sitemap is recursive (contains links to other sitemaps), this feature is not yet supported. In such cases, you will need to paste the URLs manually as described in the first option. We plan to add support for recursive sitemaps in the future.
Why it’s especially helpful for large blogs
If you manage a sizable blog or content-rich website that has dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of articles, this feature can be especially useful for you. Adding article URLs to Hipa.ai one by one and generating changes for each will take much more time, plus, you might just get messed up and miss adding some of them.

For agencies: Create a dedicated workspace for each client you manage. Keep their articles, content updates, and goals separate from other projects. Your team can easily switch between clients and work with the right content every time.
For large organizations: Set up different Organizations to manage multiple blogs or sub-brands efficiently. Whether you have regional websites, product-specific blogs, or different departments running their own content—each gets a separate workspace, making it easier to maintain consistent content update plan and content strategy.

To create a new organization on Hipa.ai:
Go to https://hipa.ai/, click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.
In the left panel of the page, click on your default organization.
Select Create new organization from the dropdown menu.
Enter the organization name and press Enter.
(Optional)If needed, go to ORGANIZATION section > General tab to update the name.
Billing for Organizations
Each organization operates as a separate workspace with its own billing. When you create a new organization, it will have its own subscription, making it easier to manage expenses for different projects or clients.

Admin rights give team members full access to manage content and organization settings
Reader roles provide limited access for viewing and reviewing content

To invite members on Hipa.ai:
Click your profile icon and select Settings.
Go to the Memberstab and click the +Invite button.
Enter the email of the person (or people) you’d like to invite.
Select the role—Admin or Reader and click Invite.
Invited members will receive an email to join the organization.

How to install the plugin
You can install the Hipa.ai plugin directly from your WordPress website dashboard. Here’s how:

2. Once logged in, go to your WordPress Network Admin panel.
